Nike workout !! (iPads in weight room)

Today we worked out using the Nike app! I worked with keesha kiana and chantel. I worked great and really hard and broke out in a sweat! I loved this. Today was a great day and everyone's attitudes were so positive.

What I'm proud of, what I've learned, and what my goals are.

What I've learned so far in Get Fit is that it's not only about getting fit, but also having fun and setting goals on how you can improve yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. I have learned to give it your best everyday, or not at all.

What I'm proud of this semester is my days of fitness. I feel I have really improved since last year and I feel like I try a lot harder. Many people in the class motivate me to try my hardest and I feel like it works. I am proud of how hard I have worked throughout the semester so far.

My goals for the rest of the semester are to try to beat my current score of 8 on the beep test. I would like to focus my goals mainly on fitness days because I feel I reach good potential on non fitness days.

Today I do not have gym strip. However, I cannot participate in PE today because I have done something to my back in gymnastics. I have been taking care of it and trying to get better. I wish I was able to participate today because we are doing an activity in the small gym but I don't want to hurt my back even more than it is. I brought my gymstrip this morning Incase my back felt better later in the day but it doesn't feel better. I hope it's okay tomorrow.

My Get Fit Experience!! .... (SO FAR)

I love the energy in this class!! I think it pumps everybody up and motives everyone in the class. This is the first time i have been in Get Fit, and i am definitely considering taking it again! we do something different eveyday, and i think that is awesome. i think the reason i am so interested in this class is because you never know what we will do next!!
This semester I have been highly motivated to participate in Get Fit. Despite the no strip days, which are recognized, I am highly motivated in not only being successful, but also having fun in class and taking with me things I have learned.
Mrs.Phillips, and my peers motivate me!
A few things I have highly enjoyed in Get Fit so far were the field trips. I loved the grouse grind and the gymnastics field trip (because i do gymnastics!!!) and i am looking forward to new experiences throughout the remainder of the semester.
I have seen some improvements regarding my physical ability to do more things.
I have tried more and more each class getting to know my peers better and Mrs.Phillips; which to me is definitely a personal succession. I could improve with more leadership in the class and actively participating daily. 
I would really like to go on many more field trips throughout the semester because I lopve the new adventures we have! Whether it being going to walk around city hall or bussing down to Grouse Mountain. I love the active learning aspect of the class.

I can't wait to continue this class and continue being motivated, respectful, and most importantly have fun !!!!

Today we did the 30 sec. circut with partners. I really enjoyed it. 


Last day we did beep test. I got 8-1 on it.
